All downloadable CBT guides, worksheets, PDFs, and habit blueprints are protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual self-help usage. Unauthorized redistribution or commercial resale is prohibited.

3. Refund & Order Fulfillment Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of downloadable PDFs and guides, orders verified via valid UPI transactions are final. If you experience technical download issues, our support team will assist you within 24 hours.
